Areas and Places

The Pantry Door

An example of the personal touch- this one is in my home, and features my pets, favorite cooking ingredients, cookbooks bearing the phone numbers of local takeout places, and one of my favorite quotes: "A creative mess is preferable to idle neatness"

Victorian Farm Door

Another flat slab door- this one painted to the owners specifications: victorian screen door looking across the front porch with a rag rug and the dog, brick path and driveway, pond with ducks, adirondack chairs and a flag, stone wall, red barn with a silo and weathervane, lots of flowers and trees, an old pick-up truck.........

Bathrooms and kitchens are ideal candidates for inspired painted effects, as well as dining rooms, bedrooms, nurseries, foyers, hallways, childrens rooms, family rooms, lower level entertainment areas, laundry rooms... the list can go on and on.

I work with you to determine how to address each area of your home, finding just the right colors, techniques and style to enhance your interior experience and add a very personal touch.

A mural can  tell a family's story and incorporate your interests, history, and personality into a very unique work that will be the envy of your friends and neighbors.

Working with a tight budget?   We can work together to find a wall treatment  that is creative and beautiful while not breaking the bank.  A few times a year I send out postcards to past clients and others on my mailing list good for a discount on new projects- (now there's a great reason to sign in to my guest book!)

Be sure to check out the Gallery for more ideas and places.
